Camembert Roasted with Honey and Thyme Recipe

Prepare the Cheese: Place the Camembert cheese in an oven-safe dish. Using a knife, score the top of the cheese in a crisscross pattern. This allows the honey and olive oil to seep into the cheese while it bakes.

Add the Toppings: Drizzle the honey over the top of the cheese. Sprinkle the fresh thyme (or dried thyme) over the cheese, and drizzle with olive oil. Optionally, season with freshly ground black pepper to add a little kick.

Bake the Cheese: Place the cheese in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. The cheese is done when it becomes soft and gooey in the center.

Serve: Remove from the oven and serve immediately while warm. Enjoy with crusty bread, crackers, or fresh fruit for dipping.
