In the same pan, add 1 tbsp butter and minced garlic.
Add the shrimp to the pan, season with a pinch of Cajun seasoning, and cook for 2 minutes per side until the shrimp turns pink and opaque.
Remove the shrimp from the pan and set aside.
4️⃣ Sauté the Peppers:
In the same pan, add the sliced bell peppers and sauté for about 2 minutes until slightly softened but still crisp.
5️⃣ Assemble & Serve:
Plate the cooked yellow rice, then top it with the steak, shrimp, and sautéed bell peppers.
Sprinkle fresh chives on top for a pop of color and freshness.
