Cajun Sausage and Garlic Butter Pasta

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Sausage:

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Add Cajun Seasoning and Garlic:

Stir in Cajun seasoning, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes (if using). Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Prepare the Sauce:

Reduce heat to medium, then add butter and heavy cream. Stir well and let simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Add Parmesan and Pasta:

Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.

Finish the Dish:

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce. Stir in cherry tomatoes and parsley. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Serve and Enjoy:

Serve the pasta warm, garnished with extra parsley or Parmesan if desired.
