Cajun Salmon and Shrimp

Rub the Cajun seasoning evenly over both sides of the salmon fillets and shrimp. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste. Ensure all pieces are well-coated for maximum flavor.

Sear the Salmon:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, place the salmon fillets skin-side down and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, until the exterior is crispy and the salmon is cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Cook the Shrimp:
In the same skillet, melt the butter and add the minced garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Then, add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until they turn pink and opaque.

Add Lemon:
Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the shrimp and salmon. Add the lemon slices to the skillet for an extra burst of citrus flavor. Toss gently to coat everything in the juices and seasoning.

Serve:
Plate the Cajun salmon and shrimp, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve alongside your favorite sides like rice, roasted vegetables, or a green salad. Enjoy your delicious seafood feast!
