Cajun Butter Steak Bites

Pat the steak cubes dry with a paper towel to ensure a good sear. Toss the steak pieces with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Sear the Steak:

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the steak bites in a single layer (work in batches if necessary). Sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness. Remove steak from the skillet and set aside.
Make the Cajun Butter:

In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium. Add the butter and minced garlic. Cook for 1–2 minutes, stirring, until the garlic is fragrant.
Combine:

Return the steak bites to the skillet, tossing them in the garlic butter until well coated and heated through.
Garnish and Serve:

Sprinkle with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve immediately.
