Cajun Beef and Shrimp Stir-Fry

In a bowl, toss the sliced beef and shrimp with Cajun seasoning until evenly coated.

Cook the Beef:

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the beef and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Sauté the Shrimp:

In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil if needed.

Sauté the garlic until fragrant, then add the shrimp.

Cook for 2 minutes per side until pink and fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Cook the Vegetables:

Add the sliced bell peppers and onion to the skillet.

Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.

Combine Everything:

Return the cooked beef and shrimp to the skillet.

Toss everything together and cook for another 2 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Garnish and Serve:
