Cabbage Fat-Burning Soup

Chop the cabbage, dice the carrots, slice the celery, and chop the onion. Mince the garlic as well.

Sauté the Aromatics:
In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic and sauté for 3-4 minutes until fragrant and softened.

Add the Vegetables:
Add the chopped cabbage, diced carrots, and sliced celery to the pot. Stir everything together and cook for another 5 minutes.

Add the Broth and Tomatoes:
Pour in the diced tomatoes (with juice) and vegetable or chicken broth. Stir to combine, then bring the mixture to a simmer over medium-high heat.

Season the Soup:
Season with dried oregano, black pepper, salt, and red pepper flakes (if using). Reduce the heat to low and let the soup simmer for about 30-40 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

Serve:
Once the soup is done, taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve hot, and enjoy this refreshing, fat-burning soup!
