Grilling (Outdoor Method):
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F).
Place the chicken skin-side down on the grill, and cook for about 15-20 minutes.
Flip the chicken and continue cooking for another 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Allow the chicken to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
