Butterfly Chicken – Juicy, Tender, and Full of Flavor!

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Place the chicken on a baking sheet or in a roasting pan, breast-side up.
Roast for about 45-50 minutes, or until the skin is golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) when measured at the thickest part of the breast.
Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes before carving.
Grilling (Outdoor Method):

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F).
Place the chicken skin-side down on the grill, and cook for about 15-20 minutes.
Flip the chicken and continue cooking for another 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Allow the chicken to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
