Butter Swim Biscuits

Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
Pour melted butter into an 8×8 or 9×9-inch baking dish, ensuring the bottom is fully coated.
2. Make the Biscuit Dough
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
Gradually stir in buttermilk until just combined. The dough will be thick and sticky.
3. Assemble & Bake
Transfer the dough into the butter-filled baking dish, spreading it evenly.
Use a knife to score the dough into 9 squares before baking.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown on top.
4. Serve & Enjoy
Let the biscuits cool slightly before slicing along the scored lines.
Serve warm with honey, jam, or gravy!
