Form the Cookies:
Take small portions of the dough and roll them into balls. Then, flatten them slightly with your palm or a fork to give them the desired shape.
Place the balls on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving some space between them so they can expand while baking.
Bake:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Bake the cookies for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let them cool on a wire rack.
