Buffalo Chicken Wings: Spicy, Crispy, and Flavor-Packed!

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. This step is essential for crispy wings.
In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
2. Bake the Wings:

Arrange the chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a wire rack (for extra crispiness).
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-45 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through the cooking time. The wings should be golden brown and crispy.
3. Make the Buffalo Sauce:

While the wings are baking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Once melted, stir in the hot sauce, white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, and cayenne pepper (if using).
Let the sauce simmer for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it is well combined and slightly thickened.
4. Coat the Wings:

Once the wings are crispy and golden, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl.
Pour the hot buffalo sauce over the wings and toss them until they are fully coated. If you like your wings extra saucy, feel free to add more sauce.
5. Serve:

Serve the buffalo wings immediately with celery sticks, carrot sticks, and your choice of ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
