Blueberry Cottage Cheese Breakfast Bake – A High-Protein, Naturally Sweetened Start to Your Day


Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish (around 8×8 inches) with a bit of butter or cooking spray.

Mix the Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the cottage cheese, eggs, honey (or maple syrup), cinnamon, and vanilla extract until smooth. Stir in the rolled oats and fold in the fresh blueberries (or strawberries).

Bake: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and the bake is set. A toothpick inserted into the center should come out clean.
