Big Mac Casserole in the Pressure Cooker: Quick Enjoyment in the Style of the Classic

Set the pressure cooker to sauté mode. Add ground beef, chopped onion, and garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the beef is browned and the onions are soft. Drain any excess fat.

Season the Beef:
Add Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Turn off the sauté function.

Assemble the Casserole:
Layer the seasoned beef mixture in the bottom of the pressure cooker. Top with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, then add a layer of sliced pickles.

Add the Tater Tots:
Arrange the frozen tater tots on top of the cheese and beef mixture in a single layer.

Cook the Casserole:
Close the lid of the pressure cooker and set it to cook on high pressure for 6 minutes. Once the cooking time is up, allow the pressure to release naturally for 5 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.

Finishing Touches:
Open the lid and drizzle Big Mac sauce or Thousand Island dressing over the casserole. Serve hot, garnished with extra pickles if desired.
