Beth Oven Cookies: No-Egg Quick Holiday Treats

Prepare the Ingredients:

Crush the cookies into fine crumbs using a rolling pin or food processor.

Chop the mixed nuts into small pieces, and measure out the coconut flakes.

Combine the Dry Ingredients:

In a large bowl, mix the crushed cookies, chopped nuts, and coconut flakes. Optionally, add chocolate chips or cocoa powder for a chocolatey flavor.

Add Wet Ingredients:

Pour in the condensed milk and melted butter, then add the vanilla extract. Stir everything together until fully combined.

Shape the Cookies:

Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls or shape them into small rounds. Flatten them slightly if you prefer a thinner cookie shape.

Chill the Cookies:

Place the shaped cookies on a tray lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow them to firm up.

Serve and Enjoy:

After chilling, the cookies are ready to enjoy! Serve them during the holidays or as a snack anytime you want something sweet and easy.
