Prepare the Marinade:

Add the minced garlic, brown sugar, and dried herbs (if using). Stir everything together until the brown sugar is dissolved and the ingredients are well mixed.

Marinate the Steak:
Place your steak (any cut you prefer) in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish.
Pour the marinade over the steak, making sure it’s evenly coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish.
Refrigerate and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, preferably 2-4 hours for maximum flavor. For the best results, marinate overnight.
Cook the Steak:
Once your steak has marinated, remove it from the marinade and discard the excess.
Grill, pan-sear, or broil your steak to your desired level of doneness.
Serve and Enjoy:
Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing to retain its juices.
