Best Pie Without Crust: Full of Vegetables and Very Tasty!

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Bring a large pot of water to a boil and blanch the broccoli for 3–5 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.

In a frying pan, heat a little oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and peppers, sautéing them for about 5-7 minutes until they soften.

Mix the Filling:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the blanched broccoli, sautéed onions, and peppers.

Add the milk, salt, and any seasonings you’d like (such as pepper, garlic powder, or dried herbs). Mix well.

Bake the Pie:

Transfer the vegetable mixture to a greased pie dish or a baking dish. Spread it evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 25–30 minutes, or until the top is slightly golden and the mixture has set.

Serve:

Let the pie cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm or at room temperature.
