Best Ever Easy Vegetable Beef Soup

In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Sauté the Onion and Garlic:

Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot, and cook until the onion is translucent.
Add the Liquids and Vegetables:

Pour in the beef broth, diced tomatoes, and tomato sauce. Stir to combine.
Add the frozen mixed vegetables, diced potatoes, dried basil, and dried oregano. Stir well.
Simmer the Soup:

Bring the soup to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
Season and Serve:

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot with your favorite bread or crackers.
