Best Ever Banana Bread Recipe

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your loaf pan with melted butter or line it with parchment paper.

Prepare the Bananas:
In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth. Set aside.

Cream the Butter and Sugar:
In another bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar (or honey) until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, and stir in the vanilla extract.

Mix Dry Ingredients:
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.

Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients:
Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, alternating with the mashed bananas. Stir until just combined—be careful not to overmix.

Add Walnuts and Raisins:
Fold in the toasted walnuts and raisins until evenly distributed throughout the batter.

Bake the Banana Bread:
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula. Bake for 55-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cool and Serve:
Let the banana bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and enjoy!
