Beef Stir-Fry with Bell Peppers and Rice

In a bowl, combine the beef sirloin, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Toss to coat the beef evenly and let it marinate for 10-15 minutes to tenderize and flavor the meat.
2. Stir-Fry the Vegetables:
Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the red, yellow, and green bell peppers along with the onion. Stir-fry the vegetables for about 4-5 minutes, or until they are tender but still slightly crisp. Remove the vegetables from the pan and set them aside.
3. Cook the Beef:
In the same skillet, heat the remaining 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
Add the marinated beef to the pan in a single layer, cooking for 2-3 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through.
Add the garlic and ginger to the beef and cook for another 1 minute, stirring constantly to release their aroma.
4. Make the Stir-Fry Sauce:
Pour in the beef broth, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir to combine, allowing the sauce to simmer and thicken for 2-3 minutes.
5. Combine Beef and Vegetables:
Add the cooked bell peppers and onion back into the pan with the beef.
Stir to combine and heat everything through, about 2 more minutes.
6. Serve:
Serve the Beef Stir-Fry over a bed of cooked white rice.
