Beef Roll with Spinach and Cheese: A Classic That Never Fails

In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, eggs, grated onion, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, and chopped parsley. Stir well to combine all the ingredients into a homogeneous mixture. 🥣

2. Fill In the Blanks:
On a sheet of parchment paper or plastic wrap, spread the meat mixture into a rectangle. Top with a layer of spinach (drained well if using frozen), chopped mushrooms, and grated cheese (mozzarella or parmesan). 🍄🧀🌱

3. Rolling Up:
Carefully use the parchment paper to roll the meat mixture from one end, shaping it into a firm cylinder. Once rolled, remove the paper and secure the roll with kitchen twine. 🎁

4. Prepare Sauce and Bake:
In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, tomato sauce, mustard, and honey. Brush the sauce mixture evenly over the surface of the roll. Place the roll in a baking dish and cook at 180°C (350°F) for 45-60 minutes, occasionally basting it with the sauce. 🔥

5. Rest and Presentation:
Once the roll is cooked, let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing it into thick, juicy slices. Serve hot and enjoy!
