Beef and Potato Casserole with Mozzarella

Cover the casserole with aluminum foil and bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.

Add the Mozzarella:

Remove the casserole from the oven and remove the foil.

Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top of the casserole.

Return the casserole to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve:

Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving. For extra creaminess, you can drizzle sour cream on top.
