Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry

In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, cornstarch, and rice vinegar. Add the thinly sliced beef and toss to coat evenly. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes (or up to 30 minutes) in the fridge.
Step 2: Prepare the Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, sesame oil, and beef broth or water. Set aside.
Step 3: Stir-Fry the Vegetables
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the broccoli florets, bell pepper, and carrot to the pan. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Remove the vegetables from the skillet and set them aside.
Step 4: Cook the Beef
In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through.
Step 5: Combine Everything
Add the garlic, ginger, and cooked vegetables back into the pan with the beef.
Pour in the sauce mixture and toss everything together until evenly coated. Cook for another 1-2 minutes to heat through and allow the sauce to thicken.
Step 6: Garnish and Serve
Garnish with chopped green onions.
Serve the stir-fry over steamed rice for a complete meal.
