In a bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, minced garlic, minced ginger, and sliced beef. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Prepare the Sauce:
In another bowl, mix together the remaining soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Set aside.
Blanch the Broccoli:
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the broccoli florets and blanch for about 2 minutes, then drain and set aside.
Cook the Beef:
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until it’s browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
Cook the Broccoli:
