Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Pat the chicken drumsticks dry with paper towels. Rub them with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Place the drumsticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
During the last 5 minutes of baking, brush the drumsticks generously with BBQ sauce and return them to the oven to let the sauce caramelize.
Prepare the Fries:
While the chicken is baking, preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) for the fries.
Cut the potatoes into thin fries and toss them with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Spread the fries evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Prepare the Buns:
While the fries and chicken are cooking, lightly toast the buns in the oven for 3-5 minutes until warm and slightly crispy.
Serve:
Plate the BBQ chicken drumsticks with the crispy fries and toasted buns. Serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side for dipping.
