BBQ Bacon-Wrapped Mozzarella Sticks: A Crispy, Cheesy Delight

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

2. Wrap the Mozzarella Sticks
Take a mozzarella stick and tightly wrap it with a slice of bacon, spiraling from bottom to top. Make sure to cover as much of the cheese as possible to prevent excessive melting. Secure the bacon with a toothpick at the end.

3. Arrange and Bake
Place the bacon-wrapped mozzarella sticks on the prepared baking sheet, with the toothpick side facing down. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and slightly golden. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.

4. Brush with BBQ Sauce
Remove from the oven and generously brush each mozzarella stick with BBQ sauce. Return them to the oven for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to caramelize slightly.

5. Serve and Enjoy
Let them cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with extra BBQ sauce on the side for dipping!
