Basbousa Cake Recipe (Traditional Arabic Dessert)

1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Mix flour, sugar, and baking powder in a bowl.
3. Mix melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
5. Add semolina and mix.
6. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
7. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.
8. Serve with whipped cream and dried fruits.
