Bang Bang Salmon

Prep the Salmon: Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel to remove any moisture. Season both sides with salt and ground black pepper to taste.

Heat the Olive Oil: Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Cook the Salmon: Place the salmon fillets in the skillet, skin-side down (if applicable), and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Make the Sauce: (Optional) For the “bang bang” sauce, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to taste in a small bowl. Drizzle this sauce over the salmon fillets for an added burst of flavor.

Serve: Once cooked, serve the salmon with your choice of sides such as steamed vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad.
