“Banana Cocoa Power Bowl: A Wholesome Oatmeal Bake”

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or oven-safe skillet with avocado oil.

Mix the Base:
In a large mixing bowl, combine oatmeal, water, eggs, salt, stevia, and mashed bananas. Stir until well blended.

Add Cocoa & Leavening:
Mix in the cocoa powder and baking powder. Stir thoroughly to incorporate into the batter.

Bake:
Pour the mixture into the greased dish and spread it evenly. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is set and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Serve Warm:
Let cool slightly before slicing or scooping. Enjoy warm as is, or top with a dollop of Greek yogurt or nut butter for extra richness.
