Banana Chocolate Trifle

Slice the bananas into even rounds.

Whip the cream with powdered sugar (optional) until it forms soft peaks. Set aside.

If you’re using homemade ganache, ensure it’s cooled to room temperature. If using store-bought ganache, heat it gently if needed to make it pourable.

Layer the Trifle:

In a large trifle dish or individual serving cups, start by layering a few spoonfuls of chocolate ganache at the bottom.

Add a layer of sliced bananas over the ganache.

Sprinkle a generous layer of cookie crumbles on top of the bananas.

Add a layer of whipped cream over the cookies.

Repeat the layers (ganache, bananas, cookies, whipped cream) until the dish is filled.

Finish and Chill:

Top the final layer of whipped cream with a few additional cookie crumbles for texture.

Chill the trifle in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld and the trifle to set.

Serve:

Garnish with fresh mint leaves for a pop of color and freshness.

Serve chilled and enjoy!
