Banana Bread Cinnamon Rolls

In a large bowl, mix warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
Add melted butter, eggs, salt, and mashed banana. Stir until well combined.
Gradually add flour, mixing until a soft dough forms.
Knead for 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Cover and let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour, until doubled in size.
2. Make the Filling:
In a bowl, mix softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until well combined.
3. Assemble the Rolls:
Roll the dough into a 20×14-inch rectangle on a floured surface.
Spread the cinnamon-sugar filling evenly over the dough.
Sprinkle chopped walnuts if using.
Roll up the dough tightly from the long side and cut into 12 even pieces.
Place rolls in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and cover. Let rise for 30 minutes.
4. Bake the Rolls:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
5. Make the Icing & Serve:
Beat cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Spread over warm cinnamon rolls.
Serve and enjoy the gooey, banana-infused deliciousness!
