In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast.
Add the egg, warm milk, and oil. Mix well.
Gradually add warm water to form a soft dough. Knead for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Cover with a damp cloth and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Make the Chicken Filling:
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion and garlic until softened.
Add the shredded chicken and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Stir in the paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
Mix in the mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise, and cream cheese (if using).
