Prepare the Baking Tray:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking tray with olive oil, or line it with parchment paper.
Bake the Zucchini:
Pour the vegetable mixture onto the prepared tray and spread it out evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the zucchini is tender.
