Baked Sweet Potatoes with Caramelized Onions: A Savory-Sweet Delight!

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash and dry the sweet potatoes. Use a fork to poke a few holes in each potato. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil and bake for 45-60 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork. The baking time may vary depending on the size of the sweet potatoes.

Caramelize the Onions:
