Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare the Foil: Place the salmon fillets in the center of a 12”x18” (30×45 cm) sheet of aluminum foil. Divide the asparagus into four equal portions and arrange them around the salmon fillets.
Make the Garlic Lemon Butter Sauce: In a bowl, combine the melted butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Mix well.
Assemble the Dish: Pour the garlic lemon butter sauce evenly over the salmon and asparagus. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Top each fillet with 2-3 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese.
Seal the Foil and Bake: Close the aluminum foil and seal the sides tightly to create a packet. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the asparagus is tender.
Serve: Open the foil packets carefully, garnish with additional parsley and lemon wedges, and serve hot.
