Baked Oatmeal with Apples and Cottage Cheese – A Nutritious and Satisfying Breakfast

Preheat & Prep: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.

Soften the Oats: In a bowl, mix warm milk with oatmeal and let it sit for a few minutes to absorb the liquid.

Sauté the Apples: In a pan over medium heat, melt butter and sauté the chopped apples until slightly soft. Add vanilla extract and stir well.

Mix Everything Together: In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, then mix in the soaked oats, cottage cheese, sautéed apples, chopped nuts, and avocado oil.

Bake: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and set in the center.

Serve: Let it cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm and enjoy!
