Baked Garlic Parmesan Potato Fries

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into thin fries or wedges, depending on your preference. Make sure the pieces are even for uniform cooking.
Season the Fries:

In a large bowl, toss the potato pieces with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika (if using). Ensure that all the fries are evenly coated.
Bake the Fries:

Spread the seasoned potato fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping the fries halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Finish with Parmesan:

Remove the fries from the oven and immediately sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over them while they’re still hot.
Toss gently to coat the fries with cheese.
Serve:

Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
