Baked Garlic Parmesan Fries

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Wash and peel the Russet potatoes, then cut them into thin fries, about 1/4-inch thick.
2. Season the Fries:
In a large bowl, toss the cut potatoes with olive oil, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, parsley flakes, salt, and pepper.
Make sure the fries are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
3. Bake the Fries:
Spread the seasoned fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping the fries halfway through to ensure even crispiness.
4. Add Parmesan:
Once the fries are golden and crispy, remove them from the oven and immediately sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the hot fries. Toss gently to coat.
5. Serve and Enjoy:
Serve the Baked Garlic Parmesan Fries warm, garnished with extra parsley if desired.
