Baked Garlic Parmesan Fries: Crispy, Flavorful, and Guilt-Free

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
Rinse the potatoes thoroughly and cut them into thin fries. For extra crispiness, soak the fries in water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch, then pat them dry with a towel.
Season the Fries:

In a large bowl, toss the potato fries with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Spread the fries evenly on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake the Fries:

Bake the fries for 25-30 minutes, flipping them halfway through to ensure even crisping. The fries should be golden and crispy on the edges.
Prepare the Garlic Parmesan Coating:

While the fries are baking, melt the butter in a small pan over low heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, but not browned.
Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese.
Coat the Fries:

Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven and transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the garlic butter-Parmesan mixture over the fries and toss to coat them evenly.
Serve:

Garnish with chopped fresh parsley for added color and flavor. Serve hot as a side dish or snack with your favorite dipping sauce.
