Baked Egg Casserole

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch or similar-sized baking dish with butter or oil.

Prepare the Egg Mixture:

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano until well combined.

Add the Mix-ins:

Stir in the shredded cheese, diced onion, bell pepper, and your choice of meat (bacon, sausage, or ham) if using. Mix until everything is evenly distributed.

Pour into the Baking Dish:

Pour the egg mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.

Bake:

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.

Cool and Serve:

Allow the casserole to cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
