Baked Cream Cheese Spaghetti Casserole: A Comfort Food Classic

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Meat Sauce:

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
Add the diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened.
Stir in the marinara sauce, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Make the Cream Cheese Mixture:

In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until smooth.
Assemble the Casserole:

Toss the cooked spaghetti with the cream cheese mixture until evenly coated.
Spread half of the spaghetti mixture in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
Pour half of the meat sauce over the spaghetti.
Repeat the layers with the remaining spaghetti and meat sauce.
Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake:

Cover the casserole with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve:

Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
