Baked Cottage Cheese Eggs: A Comforting Breakfast Tradition

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Grease a small baking dish (about 8×8 inches) with butter or olive oil, or use individual ramekins for personal servings.
Prepare the Egg-Cottage Cheese Mixture:

In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them until the yolks and whites are fully combined.
Stir in the cottage cheese, shredded cheese, salt, pepper, and any optional seasonings like garlic powder or dried herbs.
If you’re adding vegetables or cooked bacon, fold them into the mixture at this stage.
Bake the Eggs:

Pour the egg mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until the eggs are set and slightly golden on top. The center should be firm but still moist.
Serve:
