Baked Cottage Cheese Eggs: A Comforting Breakfast Tradition

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a small baking dish or ramekins with butter or oil.

Prepare the Egg Mixture: In a bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them until fully combined. Add the cottage cheese, salt, pepper, and any optional seasonings (oregano, garlic powder). Stir to combine.
