Baked Cod Fillets with Cream and Vegetables

Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Prepare the Vegetables:

Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Sauté the onion and garlic for a few minutes until they become translucent.
Add the carrots, leek, and zucchini to the pan. Sauté for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Season the vegetables with salt, pepper, and herbes de Provence.
