Baked Cinnamon Sugar Apple Chips

Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C).

Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

Slice the Apples

Core the apples if desired.

Using a sharp knife or mandoline, slice the apples very thinly (about ⅛ inch thick).

Toss the slices with lemon juice in a bowl to prevent browning.

Coat with Cinnamon Sugar

In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and sugar.

Sprinkle the mixture evenly over both sides of the apple slices.

Bake Until Crisp

Arrange the slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheets.

Bake for 1.5 to 2 hours, flipping halfway through, until the edges are crisp and golden.

Let the chips cool completely on the tray—they will continue to crisp up as they cool.
