Baked Chicken Ham and Cheese Croissants

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
Prepare the Filling:

In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced ham, and shredded cheese.
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and mustard, then add it to the chicken mixture. Stir until everything is well-coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Assemble the Croissants:

Open the can of crescent roll dough and unroll it onto a flat surface. Separate the dough into individual triangles.
Place a generous spoonful of the chicken, ham, and cheese mixture in the center of each triangle.
Roll up the dough from the wide end to the tip, securing the filling inside.
Bake the Croissants:

Arrange the croissants on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them out evenly.
If desired, brush the tops of the croissants with melted butter for a golden, buttery finish.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the croissants are golden brown and the cheese is melted inside.

Let the croissants cool for a few minutes before serving.
