Baked Chicken Caesar Recipe


Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray or a drizzle of olive oil.

Prepare the Chicken:
Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Place them in the prepared baking dish.

Make the Creamy Sauce:
In a bowl, mix together the Caesar dressing, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, and half of the shredded mozzarella. Stir until smooth and creamy.

Assemble & Bake:
Spread the creamy Caesar sauce evenly over the chicken breasts, making sure to coat them completely. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top of each chicken breast. For an extra crunch, add the panko breadcrumbs on top.

Bake the Chicken:
Place the dish in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Broil for a Golden Top (Optional):
If desired, broil the dish for 2-3 minutes at the end to create a lightly golden, crispy cheese layer.

Garnish & Serve:
Remove the dish from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve hot with roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a fresh side salad.
