Stir in Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Remove from heat and add cheddar, Parmesan, and mozzarella cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
3️⃣ Assemble & Bake:
Place the cooked cauliflower in a greased baking dish.
Pour the cheese sauce over the cauliflower, ensuring all pieces are coated.
If using breadcrumbs, toss them with olive oil or melted butter and sprinkle on top.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
