Baileys Malteser Fudge

Line a square baking dish (around 8×8 inches) with parchment paper or lightly grease it to prevent the fudge from sticking.
Melt the Chocolate:

Break the milk chocolate bars into small pieces and place them in a saucepan. Add the sweetened condensed milk and heat on low, stirring frequently until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
Add Baileys and Vanilla:

Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the Baileys Irish Cream and vanilla essence. Mix until well combined. If you prefer a stronger Baileys flavor, feel free to add a little more!
Fold in the Maltesers:

Gently fold in the Maltesers, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture. You can reserve a few to press into the top for decoration if you like!
Set the Fudge:

Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly. Press in the reserved Maltesers, if desired.
Chill:

Refrigerate the fudge for at least 3-4 hours, or until it has fully set and is firm to the touch.
Serve:

Once set, cut the fudge into squares and enjoy! It’s rich, creamy, and the perfect treat to share with friends or savor on your own.
