Bacon-Wrapped Brussels Sprouts

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and place a wire rack on top to allow for even cooking.

Step 2: Prepare the Brussels Sprouts
Wash and trim the Brussels sprouts.

If they are large, cut them in half to ensure even cooking.

Step 3: Wrap with Bacon
Take each Brussels sprout and wrap it with half a slice of bacon.

Secure each wrap with a toothpick.

Place the wrapped Brussels sprouts seam-side down on the wire rack.

Step 4: Season & Glaze
Sprinkle the wrapped Brussels sprouts with garlic powder, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).

For a touch of sweetness, brush each sprout with maple syrup or honey.

Step 5: Bake
Bake the Brussels sprouts for 25-30 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until the bacon is crispy and the Brussels sprouts are tender.

Step 6: Serve
Once baked, remove from the oven and let them cool slightly.

Serve hot with ranch, honey mustard, or balsamic glaze for dipping.
