Bacon, Egg, and Hash Brown Casserole for a Lazy Weekend Breakfast

Prepare the Egg Mixture: In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until fully combined.

Assemble the Casserole: Layer the hash browns evenly in the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon, shredded cheese, and optional diced onion and bell pepper on top.

Pour the Egg Mixture: Pour the egg mixture over the hash browns and bacon. Use a spatula to gently spread the eggs evenly over the top.
